This Privacy Policy describes how Sapphire ("Sapphire," "we," "us," or "our") handles personal information collected through our website, web application, member platform, electronic communications, and social media pages, as well as our marketing activities and the other activities described in this policy (collectively, the "Service").
Your data is extremely secure
Let's be direct about this: your data is extremely important to us, and we take its security extremely seriously. This is the foundation of how Sapphire is built — not something we added later, not something you have to take on faith.
- Everything you put into Sapphire — your company analysis, your prospect lists, your campaigns, your results — belongs to you. We do not sell your data. We do not train third-party models on your data. We do not share it with anyone outside the specific, vetted providers listed below.
- Your connections are protected. Access tokens for the services you connect (Gmail, Outlook, Cal.com) are encrypted at rest with strong, industry-standard encryption. We never store raw credentials.
- Your data is stored in a managed, encrypted database, protected by strict access controls and isolated between users. Access is limited to the systems and people that need it to operate the Service.
- We never fabricate contact data. Emails and phone numbers for prospects come only from verified B2B data providers — never from guessing, scraping private sources, or AI generation.
Your data is hosted in the United States
We host the entire Service on American infrastructure. All of the following run on US-based servers:
- The database that stores your data lives in AWS us-east-1 (North Virginia), one of the most common and well-regarded regions in the world.
- The software itself, the application, and the services we use to send your emails are all hosted in the United States.
- Your data is processed and stored in American data centers, subject to American security standards.
We only use verified, legitimate B2B data providers
The core job of the Service is finding and enriching business prospects so you can run outreach. That work runs on data about companies and people — and we are deliberate about where that data comes from.
We work only with established, serious, legitimate B2B data providers — the same professional sources trusted across the outbound industry, like Apollo.io, Hunter.io, and Clay. These are reputable, professional platforms that verify business contact and company data at scale. The data that drives your outreach is business data from providers like these.
- Contact information such as work email addresses is only sourced from these verified B2B providers. We do not invent contact information, and we do not use AI to guess email addresses.
- We do not scrape private data, and we do not buy or sell lists of personal information.
- Enrichment is limited to business context — roles, companies, industries, and the like. It is not profiling of individuals' personal lives.
